title: Revison, Workout here we GO!

Hello!! hows everyone doing??? Sorry for lack of updates. My life is so boring rite now and i need COLORS to my life!!!!
Having Prelims now..tml last paper (MSM) and then next week?? UOL REVISION starts 'Yippe!' no?
I actually hope it happen quickly and faster so i can just finish my EXAM at one go but i still not FULLY 100% prepare for my exams yet.. i think i like only 50% like tt loh.. but I WAN MY HOLIDAY LAR!!! Argh.......
Had not meet my friends for sooooooo long.. everybody is practically busy with everything........
anyway, there something i wanna share here...
I had been complaining about how untone my stomach is.. (haha) and i had been doing so research on how to keep it tone up and at the same time i can do the exercise indoor and something that is easy to do.. (easy as in the instruction is clear and i know what i am doing and for which part of the body)
and i found this ... 4 weeks to better body
YUP.. 4 weeks.. which mean u have to do it every weekday (mon to fri) and do it for 4 weeks..
I'm currently on my 2nd week.. so i hoping it would works.. HAHAH Go try it if u want....
