 I wanna break free... and RELAZ! I am so stress of the project now.. i am fcuking freaking fed up.. andi HATE IT! Damn... As in the previous post (quite long ago), 2 lects had diff ideas, Mr T wanna use scissor jack while Mr S wanna use actuator.. and now just last week we finally agree on using scissor jack due to the design safety.. and we intend on using DC motor to start the scissor jack automatically.. BUT.. Yesterday, Mr S came to me and Joseph (hardware part) and ask us to use stepper motor to drive the driver first.. and we thot it is a trial nia, cos stepper motor is much easier to drive..and let us test first and after that we will switch to DC motor.. BUT!!! today, he told Jospeh to do the stepper motor driver circuit.. and ask me to do DC motor circuit... and we told him that, we ARE using DC motor to drive the scissor jack on the actual final product.. but he INSIST on using both and hopefully using stepper motor... where Mr T wan us to use DC motor right from the start... when we told Mr S abt that.. he say :' I am ur supervisor, u shld follow me, Mr T is just here to give idea...' but last 3 weeks Mr T told us : 'Mr S is only here to assist the software (bee khim and Jun yuan) and we hardware is under him, cos Mr S isnt very good with mechanical stuffs' So we tell Mr S that, y nt we design DC motor only, cos we are really USING DC motor for the final product, cos we hardware still gt the mechanical stuffs to do.. and the casing of the motor is already fix with welding and we cant change from stepper motor to DC motor, cos the motors specs are all diff and so we cant fix stepper motor to the DC motor casing... and guess wad he reply? He say :' We are electrical student, the mechanical stuffs will give to the TSO to do, and scissor jack is so cheap we can buy one more extra to do for the stepper motor.' But from wad we heard from Mr T is that:' even thou we are electrial student, we still need to do some mechanical stuffs for our design.. thats why we need a hardware group' and the TSO also say :' We are here to assist u in hardware stuffs, but we still have to do the mechanical ourselves..' SO how now???? Me and Joseph have to do 2 seprate circuit.... but it was not we planned... we planned to like one person do the mechanical part, another do the driver.. if we do wad Mr S had told us to do , we really do not have time to do the mechanical stuffs lor... THIS IS SO DAMN FRUSTRATING... we really dun have much time le... and Joseph himself felt that the stepper motor circuit he do is really extra de lor.. cos in the end we will be using DC motor, cos we are going to order the DC motor le.. HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW???!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and all these circuit is only testing nia... we still have to do another one for the FINAL PRODUCT.. WTF... *frustrated* Labels: fed up, frustrated... |
