Since I have nothing much to blog abt, I shall blog abt yesterday event..And I want to proudly announce that.. I AM OFFICALLY A LEO CLUB MEMBER! Heh heh.. Nadz and me n hui min were invited to go to the Leo Clubs Join I & I ceremony 2006 .. But hui min wasnt free, cos she have her IMF meeting .. So just me and Nadz went lor … =) It is a event for the Induction of new members (that’s us) and the Installation of the New Board of Directors of Leo Club. We are suppose to meet at 12pm SHARP at the LT68E, din noe where the hell LT 68E is, so me and nadz meet up early .. 1130am … And we din noe it was like so easy to find lar, and we manage to reach there 15 mins EARLIER!!!! LOL!! Damn early la, nobody was there, we only some rehearsal inside the LT … So me and nadz decided to take some photos outside the booth .. *will show u guys the pics later* Then this gal came out la den tell us to go insides lor … *And hui min , the LT is big lar, u still say quite small -_-“* The Leos ppl were rehearsing for the ceremony … den me and nadz were just sitting there see them rehearsal lor … Then theres this guy (MC for the ceremony) .. its was like OMG, he so like Azizu lor .. So G**.. LOL … So me and nadz just rot there for like 1hr and 15 mins like tt, den they briefly brief us abt the Induction thingy.. Then the senior told me to take the lead first den the rest follow me to the stage.. It was like OMG lar.. Why me sia..?????? Hiaz.. Den it the very last mins, they lack of usher den they wan me and nadz to be the usher lor.. Wao lau! Wearing the yellow thingy sleeveless jacket standing at the door there, nadz was like the door gal, standing there helping every ppl to open the door.. den me lei??? Stand there and say “Good afternoon Sir/Mdm, this way pls.. (pointing towards the door to LT68E)” WTF! How can they let a new member do this kinda thing.. Damn embarrass lor.. Den the actual event start.. Suppose to start at 2 but they start at 215pm.. WTP! Then there was speech.. bla bla bla... Then heres come the Induction of new member.. Induction???? Y call Induction??? Are they going to Induct us??? LOL! *i noe i lame* Then we have to raise our right hand and say the pledge (the Induction Pledge) Den we go up to the stage.. damn pai sie lor.. (i noe u guys are thinking, XP where gt pai sie one..) BUT I AM OK! After the pledge, me and nadz are offically leo club members! And i notice that every Leo members, the have 'Leo (then their name)' So Nadz was saying that she call Leo Nadz now and i call Leo Xu Ping.. LOL.. *man, hui min u miss the Induction sia* Then the prize giving .. den speech again.. Boring~ Den we have to say another pledge.. the LEO PLEDGE.. Extended and open, I pledge of my hands, To help those in need. Reach for it, And it will be touched. I pledge of my ears, To hear another's out-cry, My eyes to see the plight of others, My knowledge to bring A man closer to his dreams. I pledge of myself For the betterment Of the community and my country. =) The ceremony ended at 4pm den it was buffet.. but pls lor we have to pay $5 for IT! Nadz and me ate a little den we went home.. the rest were still there toking, but since we noe on one, we went home first.. Last thing to say.. Our NP principle Mr Chia is damn nice and friendly lar.. just like our Sec Sch pinciple Mr Chia too.. HMmmm.. i wonder if all Chai ppl are nice.. LOL! Pics..  Our school Leo Club ... =)  Leo Club of Raffles City .. =)  Ok i noe a bit blur.. but look at the Lion, SO CUTE!  Lions and Leos??? Whats the Diff????  They haveing this last min rehearsal, me and nadz were just stoning there.. *Oh ya, see that gal wearing the yellow thingy?? That is the yellow thingy sleeveless jacket that we have to wear for ushering .. *  The place where we usher.. get to guess where the place is???? LOL  End of Event..  The Leo T shirt which cost us $10.. the front logo..  ..and the back design LOL.. I am broke now after spending on Leo T.. Hiaz..
